Software

This is of course just a selection of projects I have worked on. But most of them are fairly large and use a variety of tech stacks.

• Silvaboreal (in Swedish)
  This is a metadata database on field trials across Sweden, as well as sprinking of trials in other countries. Silvaboreal is a valuable national resource and helps secure field trials by coordinating with multiple companies in the forestry industry, several universities and the swedish forest agency. The latest large update was in 2018 and Silvaboreal is starting to show its age, the plan is a large update that will incorporate all of the functionality in the safe deposit as well.
• Silvaboreal - Archive
  Built as an extension of Silvaboreal, the Silvaboreal Archive is a repository of archived biomass and soil samples often taken in connection to the field trials in Silvaboreal. The aim of the archive is to make these samples visible to researchers that may be interested in using them.
• SilvaLocator (in Swedish)
  A mobile companion app for Silvaboreal, available for both Android and iOS. It offers navigation to and a summaries of field trials near the user.
• GeoInt (in Swedish)
  A platform that uses advanced machine learning to generate maps based on a small set of pre-labeled data.
• The safe deposit
  This is a project database for active research at the field stations managed by the unit for field-based forest research at the Swedish university of agricultural sciences.
• TagTags 2
  TagTags 2 is a mobile app for android which replaces field protocols on paper with a highly flexible data collection form.
